Fic update - challenge response

Title: AWKWARD
Characters: Jack, Ianto, Tosh, Kirk, McCoy, Spock
Rating: Open

Special Notes: Written for Challenge #20 on

jantolution. Prompt : 'Spock'
Summary: Alien tech can sometimes lead to awkward situations.

The two groups glowered at one another.

“You’re fictional characters from a TV show,” Tosh explained nervously. “The alien device we retrieved gave you substance.”

Spock’s eyebrow raised. “That was my deduction,” he agreed. “Although from our viewpoint, you are the fictional characters.”

“So what the hell do we do?” McCoy demanded.

“Two things,” Jack said decisively. “Tosh and Spock, you work on that alien device and work out how to reverse it.”

“And the second thing?” Kirk asked, amused and annoyed at Harkness’ assumption of authority.

Jack turned to Ianto. “Go and change out of that red shirt. Now.”

Mood: relieved
